ABOUT US
OUR "WHY"
At IE Beach, our “why” is simple — we want to create a place where athletes can grow, compete, and genuinely love the game of beach volleyball. We started IE Beach because we saw a need for more opportunities in the Inland Empire for middle school and high school athletes to train, develop confidence, and be part of something positive and competitive. Our goal is to build more than just skilled players; we want to help athletes become stronger teammates, leaders, and individuals both on and off the sand.
Whether an athlete is brand new to beach volleyball or looking to compete at a higher level, IE Beach is focused on providing high-quality coaching, a supportive environment, and an experience that is fun, encouraging, and challenging. We believe beach volleyball teaches resilience, communication, work ethic, and confidence — and we’re passionate about helping athletes fall in love with the process while creating memories and friendships that last far beyond the season.
Founder & Owner
Hi, I’m Stephanie — founder of IE Beach, sports lover, coffee enthusiast, and someone who truly believes athletics can change lives. I created IE Beach because I wanted to build more than just a beach volleyball club — I wanted to create a positive, competitive, and encouraging community where athletes can grow in confidence, work hard, compete, and have fun doing it.
Sports and competition have always been a huge part of my life. I love a challenge and thrive in competitive environments — whether that’s on the sand, in business, or crossing finish lines. I’ve completed 2 marathons, several half marathons, and I’m always looking for the next goal to chase. That mindset of hard work, consistency, and resilience is something I hope to pass on to every athlete who walks into IE Beach.
Outside of IE Beach, I’m also a business owner, photographer, proud sports mom, and married to my high school sweetheart for 24 years and counting. Family, community, and building meaningful connections are at the heart of everything I do.
My vision for IE Beach is simple: create a place where athletes feel supported, challenged, inspired, and excited to compete. Whether players are brand new to beach volleyball or striving to play at the next level, IE Beach is here to help them grow both on and off the sand — while building friendships, confidence, and memories that last long after the season ends.
